You will be responsible for taking ownership of various projects that the company undertakes from start to finish.
You will also be a key player within the support team, providing 3rd line support as and when required on the helpdesk and will be responsible for maintaining the companies high expectations for customer service.
You will also take part in the support and development of the companies hosted environment and taking corrective action when required.
