Client Support Analyst *Analytical *Customer Service Focused

The organisation:

A small IT services provider based in London who’s staff have a combined 50+ years of IT support experience with some high profile customers who have been very loyal due to the high standard of support and customer service provided.

The responsibilities:

You will be responsible for all incoming calls/ emails to the company and be responsible for the correct logging of calls into the support system

It will then be your duty to distribute the calls out to the relevant members of the support team and ensure prompt responses to client queries.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintain documentation for any procedures including your job functions as well as the daily running’s of the support environment.

You will need to have expert knowledge on all client SLA’s and KPI’s so that you can keep accurate account of all calls logged and ensure that client expectations are managed at all times

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in providing support in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer service focused
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Ability to meet and exceed deadlines
